Thriving on the Drive Celebration – September 25

Monona will be celebrating the completion of the drive lanes in phase 1 of the Monona Drive construction. On Saturday, September 25th the eastside/northbound lanes will remain closed to traffic and open to walkers, runners, bikes, and strollers. This is your chance to get a close-up look at the new roadway, sidewalks and landscaping.

Events for the Day Include: FREE BUS LOOP ALL DAY – Park and Ride from Nichols School, Village Lanes or Ahuska Park – Circling Monona Drive every Thirty Minutes

Anytime Fitness 3K Run/Walk enter for $10 – Enter to win 1 year membership

Registration 8 a.m. at Anytime Fitness Run 9 a.m. Walk 9:15 a.m.

Farmer’s Market on south end of Monona Drive 8 a.m. to 12 noon

Business Sidewalk Sales and Specials – All Along Monona Drive

Taste of Copp’s at Copp’s Food Store and many more sales & Specials

Resident Flea Market and Craft Fair – $5 Participation fee
